SPY650-FastAct? is a new and unique fluorescent live cell actin probe. It labels very dynamic actin filaments as well as the more static ones. SPY650-FastAct? is a bright, fluorogenic, non toxic, cell permeable and highly specific live cell probe for fluorescence imaging of actin. It does not require any transfection and works just by adding the probe to cells and perform imaging a couple of hours later.

SPY650-FastAct? is a bright, far red, fluorogenic & non toxic F-actin stain based on our SPY? dyes series. Its optimized structure allows to label F-actin in live cells with high specificity and low background. The unique and unmatched feature of SPY650-FastAct? is its ability to label very dynamic actin, but the probe does not require any genetic manipulation, transfection or overexpression of fluorescent proteins. SPY650-FastAct? is based on our bright, photostable & far red SPY650 fluorophore which is far superior than fluorescent proteins.

SPY650-FastAct? enables multicolor imaging with SPY505, SPY555, SPY595, SPY700, GFP or m-cherry. SPY650-FastAct? can be imaged with standard Cy5 filterset. It can be used for widefield, confocal, SIM or STED imaging in living or fixed cells and tissue. Probe quantity allows 100 staining experiments。
