Introduction：
       Cdc42 is one of most extensively studied member of Rho GTPase family. This family is involved in a wide range of cellular responses, including cytoskeletal reorganization, regulation of transcription, cell migration, cellular transformation and metastasis. Cdc42 is expressed in a large number of different cell types.

Product Uses Include：

       This antibody is recommended for detection of Cdc42 in human, mouse, rat or other extracts.  The following protocols have been tested with this antibody: 

Material：
        The anti-Cdc42 antibody (Cat. # ACD03) is a mouse monoclonal antibody that only recognizes Cdc42, not Rac1, Rac2, Rac3, RhoA, RhoB, RhoC or H-Ras. Other commercially available Cdc42 antibodies recognize one or more of these close isoforms  Platelet extract (Cat. # EXT01) is included as a positive control. ACD03 is supplied as a lyophilized white powder.

Figure 1: Western blot analysis of purified protein and cell extracts using ACD03 as primary antibody. Recombinant small G-proteins and tissue extracts were separated by SDS-PAGE and transferred to PVDF membrane.  ACD03 was diluted to 250 ng/ml (1:1000) in PBST plus 0.1% non-fat milk powder and Western analysis was as described in the Methods section of the datasheet. Lane 1; 25 ng Cdc42-6xHIS, Lane 2; 250 ng RhoA-6xHIS, Lane 3; 250 ng Rac1-6xHIS, Lane 4; 40 μg Swiss 3T3 cell extract, Lane 5; 40 μg bovine brain extract, Lane 6; 40 μg human platelet extract. Note: Cdc42-6xHIS runs at 25kDal whereas the native Cdc42 runs at 22kDal.
